Student Life

The Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu Club is dedicated to the awareness, education, and improvement of this world-renowned martial art.  The Praying Mantis style is part of China's famous Shaolin Kung Fu system which emphasizes internal and external force.  In this club you will learn the art of self-defense, physical/mental conditioning, Chinese philosophy, and history.  Focus is placed around individual techniques, forms, and applications.  The Praying Mantis Club is also dedicated to serving the community through various performances and competitions.
